MLM Team Building

Ok every one sorry I have not posted in a while. 

This week has been a long one after the holiday I got sick with the heat slash an inner ear infection. Also our computer decided it did not like the 103 heat wave or the power surges we got. So you could say I have a lot of catching up to do. So thank you all so much for your patients and I’ll get right to this post subject.

OK  now you have your new MLM home business and it’s up and running now what you ask.

You have at your finger tips a great product and many ways to get your advertising out there to those who may be interested in what you are doing. You even have a great mentor that is showing you all the ropes a good five pillar company should have.

However something is missing.

You feel that you need something more than just what you have on your plate. You are looking for others that have the same dreams and desires. So now is where you start the real work.

Building a team of like minded people so that you all can help each other with training and learning new skills. Keeping things fresh new and updated with the trends of those you seek to do business with. In theory it all sound good and easy to do. However how do you know who to add to your success team after all every one wants to be a success.

However that being said many do not have the drive or desire to help others along which would make your team a great team. So you ask what type of things do I need to know to build a team that is in the same mind frame as myself.

Well lets start out with what you would expect out of a new team member.

The top of the list should be an easy one someone who is all in and honest. What I mean is someone who see’s the idea of success as something that overrides any thought of negative failure or untrue statements about the companies retention of members.

Second you want people that are not lone wolves who forget about the team and only think of themselves. Many people have big idea’s believe that others thoughts can not or will not ever over ride those idea’s these people have no room or need for a team. Because they are on an ego trip that only has room for their thoughts as to avenues to success without a plan to maintain long term success. They believe that short term success or high turn over in business is normal.

I have read many splash pages where the first thought is that if you do not gain the numbers or have a high turn over then something is wrong with your MLM home business. This thought is so wrong in its self. High turn over does not mean success. It simply means that your company has most likely not been doing business on the level and they are unable to keep clients once they have truly read the policies and procedures.

No, you are looking for people in your team who have lost the ego and are willing to work with others. An efficient and effective team needs to be on the same page. Ask the team questions and collaborate on decisions as the best ways and up to date thinking it would be to take your business to the next level. The idea of team means simply to work together in an efficient manner to gain positive results for every one  the team. Where when one wins the entire team wins.

Building a team that is a working unit that can move and think as one is the first hurdle every team must face. All team members must be willing to give as my good friend and team member /mentor Jennifer Fisher says one hundred percent of their effort to help others as well as ones self.

Remember there is know I in team.

A good team is like a Jenga game if every piece is in its position the tower stands tall.

A team must be the same way each person must have a position or skill that can be past down to the next person that can be easily duplicated to create equal results through out the entire team. Each team member must have a similar plan or objective as to speaking and helping others learn to speak to others through training and skills of understanding the motives and struggles of those they seek as clients.

Having each member of your team take a turn as the  leader of the team also is a way to build confidence and reinforce positive growth in each team member as a valued member of your group. Team building is a way to make your business a life time success.

Scheduled training and skills updates for every one in your team  are also ways to learn skills many by listening as well as participation.
It is a group effort on every team members part that makes a great team.

  1. The main thing is finding something that has a tangible product and a huge consumable industry.
